Protein has definitely help gain back the loss. Probably didn’t measure them correctly as the 2lbs came back in as many days.

Traveling again for the next two days and landed in the Midwest about an hour ago.

Missed the WO this morning so plan to hit the weights in a few minutes. A little hungry as the 4:00am alarm 🚨 made me rush to get to the Airport in time!!

But I still need my coffee ☕️!!
