Away from my scales this morning. I had planned to get back to my normal WOE yesterday & was somewhat successful. Breakfast was normal & lunch out was a ceasar salad with grilled chicken. Dinner ended up being nibbles of cheese, procuitto & cheese rolls, hummus, crackers, etc. But, I had a smidgen of apple pie then had to have a couple of cookies...one a family recipe....my sisters had made. I did drink water all day.

I'm meeting my son & his family for brunch. Today is my last day with my daughter. She leaves for home later this evening. I'm going to miss her!

Thanks for the support DP & Bella! I had a great Holiday season & really enjoyed time with my daughter & granddaughter. I'm blessed to have lots of family to enjoy!
