Found out I am sensitivity to eggs, cow's milk, wheat and yeast. I am grieving because these are foods I really like. I have been on a very restricted food plan since 10-27-20. Two days ago I reintroduced grass-fed beef. Today I will have my final beef test meal, then no beef for 4 days. So far I've been feeling well so hope to be able to eat beef. Next I plan to test tomatoes for three days. This process has been tedious and I belief it will be worth it in my feeling good and being healthy.
