breakfast of epic proportions this morning. over 700cal to keep me going ahead of a very busy morning of judging our canine good citizen tests. Will be busy from 8 - 2ish, so this will definitely keep me satiated.

I love my eggs. The best source of protein, zinc, selenium, etc etc. That’s a power house food.
