It was perfect snack for me to kick 🦵 some 🍑, rosio. Taking notes from you. Groatmeal, I’m in love with these. Growing up, I ate Venezuelan fresa samba bars. They were strawberry flavored wafers coated in chocolate. I can only find them on amazon now. These KitKats are the perfect amount. All the taste 1/4 of the calories. 😋😋😋

I bought 2 bags of those, keyten. There’s a KitKat shortage where I live. A fun-sized KitKat for fun-sized moo. If I want to grow, reg size. If I want to get yuge, king-size❣️

It’s fine, I had it right before the work out. The problem is when we eat an abundance of this and then sit all day.

I try to make sure I have a 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on whole homemade bread for a pre-workout snack after work. Gym time about 4:30 pm lunch would have been around 11am.
