Wild Rice blend and curried chicken thighs with lots of vegetables simmered in the sauce as well in Tikka Masala sauce. A favorite for cold nights. Poured over the 1/2 cup of rice and zucchini noodles. I had 2 cups of curry instead of one, but one cup was vegetables (peppers, onions, zucchini, broccoli).
