Staying with my sisters last night & tonight so no scale. Wings again last night for dinner. I chose the veggie strips....carrots & celery....for my side instead of fries. The veggies were very crunchy & tasty....almost as good as the wings. I brought my regular breakfast fixins with me....fresh fruit & half a bagel so I'm good to go. Dinner to celebrate my grandaughter & son's birthdays is at a Greek restaurant tonight. My son's favorite is carrot cake, so I'm making cupcakes for him today.
