I’m not sure if it’s the clam juice or the Worcestershire sauce, but as keyten would say definitely a hint of umami in there.

Well, you know me - not afraid to try things. I reflected that I tried bone marrow & kombucha in the same week. So I won't say 'never' to the clamato. And I "THINK" I may have had it before. Decades ago.
