I am still participating in the 30 day Keto Challenge and am considering ordering HCG DROPS to do the next 40 days which includes a reduced cwalorie low fat low carb diet. It is extreme but I think it may be worth the effort. I really do want to get and keep the excess fat off. From what I can tell of the menu it is very low carb but also very low fat for 40 days only. I can go ahead and order product or wait until teh 30 Day Keto Challenge ends. I have lost but regained some so far on the challenge. I am having trouble tweeting the fats and proteins correctly for optimum results. And I have eaten some meals I didn't weigh and measure.

The obsession with Keto...is a large (yet small price) to pay...to live part of my life in a sustainable way. I keep tweaking, bobbing and weaving. I spent twice that amount of focus on how bad I felt when eating with abandon!!! Thank you for sharing your tweak....to consider!!! Very hopeful.
