Hubby caught and disposed of the mouse last night before he left for work. No gym yesterday due to being at hospital from 7a-7p with mom and not feeling like it. Heading there now (gym) then to see mom. Supposed to get discharged today. Goal is still 189 by 10/1. Most stagnant month of weight loss since starting.
