Oh Girl! That is just so great. You have been through so much and fought such troubles. I am so glad you are finding your way so beautifully. BRAVO for people noticing and making much of something that is just terrific. So many try to change, and so many actually don't manage to succeed. You are a brave soul and we are so happy you are happy!!! Congratulations on a beautiful NSV!!!!

Good job on the NSV! In the past I always felt giving friends or family clothes that were too small for me and other hand me downs. It has just never felt right to offer or give them my "fat clothes". Kinda like making an unintended statement about their weight.

Ok I was actually going to ask thoughts on the bringing in clothes because I don’t want to offend anyone. Like I know there’s at least 2-3 girls they would fit, but I don’t want it to be awkward. I was thinking just putting them in the staff kitchen with a note saying take what you want? Idk guys. Or should I donate them. The trash 🗑 is a statement too because it’s like hey bye scrubs, I’m not keeping you because I’m never gaining this weight back again, but it’s wasteful.

Thank you melissitwa ❤️💕💗💜😘 I mean life kinda just through me a beating for 6 years straight. I didn’t want it to define or defeat me anymore. One of the best things I can do is get my life back and my happy back for me😊🤗 in everything that is still going on on with my sister it’s so sad, but I can control my own happiness and weight.

What a wonderful NSV. On the clothes, I would just let it be known that they are up for grabs. In essence, you are getting rid of them to never go back and maybe someone needs them really bad. Just my thoughts. CONGRATS again

Side note.... the scrubs from 6 years ago are basically brand new because I lost all that weight... I wasn’t fitting them very long🤗🤗 there way super cute!! It’s like getting a new scrub wardrobe and bonus, they fit me bigger than 6 years ago😊😊😊🙌

Oh, I think providing them for others is so good. As the recipient of discards, I can attest to the thankfulness I've felt. I don't care if I'm getting clothes too big for someone else if they fit a need I have. Putting them in a common area with a sign sounds like a perfect plan! I love that you are thinking of others who might need them!!😁 ❤️😍

Congratulations and many blessings on the awesome NSV, for prospering in spite of everything you've been through and for thinking of others in donating your scrubs and talking to them about what you've done to succeed.

jcmama- Putting them in a common area at work with a free sign is the best approach. i also see alot of medical scrubs at goodwill so that is an option as well.
