I thought I posted re my weight gain since my 50yo homeless daughter started staying my sofa the day before Thanksgiving 2018. So I finally am taking charge of myself again with 30 day Keto Challenge. I'm posting a pic of food my daughter ate since Wednesday last. It is really hatd with her eating it seems like constantly on junk food like ice cream, chips etc. No more excuses.
