Had a burger and fries from a local place for lunch. 🍔🍟 Not at all sure of the calories so I estimated maybe about 400 for the sandwich and another 400 for the fries.

800 calories is more than I normally have for lunch so I had a light breakfast and still hit my RDI which feels great!
