i was tracking every morsel that entered my mouth and wasn't seeing any results... i have still been eating right (except for a few off days) and working out. tracking everything was becomming an annoying chore when i wasn't seeing results. i am taking a break from it. it was almost making me crazy. i am keeping my food on point although i don't think i can sustain tracking every single thing i eat for the rest of my life. i plan to track every few days just to make sure my calories are in check. i know what i need to eat and how much for the most part but i am hoping taking a little more laid back approach will help me focus on eating right and keepin up the hard work in the gym. may seem counterintuitive but i will continue to watch the scale and see how i feel. if i see the scale creep, i will get back to strick counting. it's a process and i am still finding what works best for me especially considering long term results and committment.
