I got amost no sleep last and had to hurry off so did IF until 12:30. Made a blended soup with left over chicken breast, veggies spices andleft over cooking broth from chicken and beef meals. Added 2 Tbs guacamole and 30 grams sour cream and roughly an oz of walnts. Color was green but tasted good. Couldn't finish all for lunch so ate rest for dinner with mac nuts instead of walnuts.
