It Kicked my butt!! After the 4th Routine, I thought we were finished & then I looked up and realized we had not completed the Air Runner!! My heartbeat 💗 was in the 80% level (150+) almost the whole time.

Pumping up a thick stream of endorphin I imagine. Well, kind of hard to imagine right now, as the body is in charge mode. Rest day.
