I bought a new digital scale. I have nowhere in my small town to weigh in. I was using my old scale and adding 12 lbs. to the weight because that seemed to be close, but since it was a dial scale, I was never sure exactly where it was. The new one says in no uncertain terms. The next time I have to weigh at a Dr.s, I will compare them to see how accurate it is.

I haven't even tried to eat well today since I left the house so early. I'll have to spend supper catching up on my fruits and veggies.I bought all frozen today instead of low-sodium, canned. I comparison shopped and found that the frozen, per content, cost the same as canned. I can't shop often enough to keep fresh produce edible.

The bread I ate was my own. I have been making my own recipe in the bread machine using only 100% whole grains, honey or molasses, canola oil, water, milk, a dash of salt and yeast. It's delicious, inexpensive and healthy. It takes about 15 minutes prep time and the bread machine does the rest.

I have blueberries thawing.
