Definitely a good day thus far... love the pears from the tree and tough to stop at one. Or maybe two. But yum... the PLAN was to dehydrate these beauties but, well, um. Ya.

Had pear, 100 calories, 6 gm fiber, 2 pc Sara Lee whole wheat toast 90 cals, 5 gm fiber. Plan on hamburger for dinner, haven't decided if I am going to have a bun or not. Then onto dessert. Either a smoothie or an apple and a pear.

I actually have plans to put all this fruit to use. Seems to just go straight from a good wash to my mouth. Wonder how that happens...?

Since the weather is cooling down and I didn't exercise last night, already got that in, including weights. Later, isometrics. Puhleez. But believe it or not, it helps. Hard to believe.
