I'm going to call it a feast and not a binge! Well, maybe it was a binge. Yesterday, on the day I made goal, it was also my hubby's birthday. The good is that I went for a 10 mile walk and passed on celebrating my victory with a DQ blizzard. That is where my victory ended. I made and ate a huge dinner with steak and shrimp. Yes, while cleaning up I did clean up the last of the fried potatoes. Homemade ice cream and peaches when I was already totally pigged full was not wise. Oh, and at the end of the day an outshine bar was eaten to fill in all the little spaces the potato chips had left behind. Wow... not the best way to wrap up August!! So, today it is black coffee and I am not going to eat until I am actually hungry. Wait, that might be tomorrow at this rate! Back to the grindstone for me!

Tip. you have 24 hours to burn that glycogen that got stored in your liver from those carbs (homemade ice cream). No harm done. 10 mile walks burn a lot.

It takes 24 to 72 hours to fully digest a meal and I have had those days before where I binge eat, only after seeing it posted but nonetheless, I had one of those days and I weighed myself 2 days later and I didnt gain a thing. ❤❤

Thanks Jaime and RGADAWG, I'm certainly learning! Kirstnjmh, It is just an up and down isn't it. I have only started to weight every day, so seeing the scale move so much is new to me. I need to watch it closely!
