Yes!!! Zucchini too!! I knew I was leaving one or two out, I put them on a grill matt on the BBQ with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper!!! Peppers of all kind and onions come great this way. With garlic I take the whole bulb and slice just the top off exposing just a bit of all the garlic cloves pour some olive oil, s&p, wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Then squeeze all the roasted garlic out and it's amazing! On anything! Lol..
