I have to cut back sharply on my protein amount. I am way over the recommended intake. And, as odd as it sounds, I have to increase my complex carbs. My fiber intake is great as it is. I'll work with it tomorrow and see what I can do. 60% carbs, 25%-30% fats, 10%-15% protein is the ideal. I'm off to bed.
