445 miles is my walk total for the months of May, June, and July. I wanted to keep track to see how far I could go. It gets easier and easier! Today I started August with 15 miles. The first 8 was on a bike trail close to lake Washington. The next 7 was in Downtown Seattle. Much of the time we were walking along the waterfront. Too many pictures for me to pick only one. It was just such a beautiful day!

Melissa, back then I climbed the mountains in Washington and Oregon. Baker, Hood, Olympus, Rainer and St Helen's before it erupted and took the top off. Probably the favorite was Olympus and the Hoh river and rain forest. Simply beautiful!!
