I started recently eating multiple small meals per day. I start at noon, then 3 pm, 6pm, 9pm. Then i fast from 9pm to noon. I sleep around 2 am. This method of eating made me always full, eating less sncaks and having a last small at 9pm made me want to munch less during watching tv or a film. And during the day, i always keep a 70 to 100 calories on standby this way if i eat a snack i know it shouldn’t be over 100 cal and that it’s included in my usual intake. And if i sncak, it will be grilled or raw almond 7 calories per piece so i can have 10. Or air popped popcorn (i got a small machine at home) nothing on it. One cup is 35 calories and full of fiber. Good luck!

I drink tea (cammomile) and take an antacid if my stomach is grumbling....

My husband and I eat an early dinner loaded with low cal veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, salad and lots of protein (beans, fish, yogurt. Plain fruit like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries satisfies the sweet tooth. We drink a cup of skim milk or kefir for added protein and that full feeling we all enjoy. I've totally stopped snacking in the evening and instead drink water or plain camomile tea. I find that eating only three meals a day and no snacking forces me to stop thinking about food. The key is to eat lots of bulky, nutritious foods and plenty of protein so you're satisfied after your meals. I don't eat empty calories like jam, sauces, dressings or drink alcohol, juice or pop.

I ate dill pickles and that stopped the cravings. I also started to see that when I was tired I wanted to eat to give me the energery to stay awake. So I changed my behavior of fighting my tiredness and go to bed sooner. And then reinforce getting up earlier with time for yoga or a bubble bath.

I feel the same way. I used an old tactic I used to use with my kids. got myself a bowl of green grapes.... enjoyed them so much.... praised myself for making this choice and didnt crave anything after that.

try your best to keep your blood sugar stable as possible during the day. not waiting too long in between everytime you eat. it makes a HUGE difference I promise

I find eating some peanut butter (natural) helps to make me feel full. After 8 pm if I am hungry I do that plus water
