Well... I ain't worried about a bikini body since I am so OLD(er) but getting down to goal is my, er, goal. Actually would love to have a girl's six-pack (NOT BEER). Any suggestions? I can do um, can-sized weights and isometrics. Maybe get to 100 lbs LOL NO THANK YOU THAT IS ONE BIG WRINKLE.
