Having a belly that feels happy and comfortable is in focus. Reading about FODMAP at present, and find it fascinating. A list of well known belly troublemakers. It is easier to feel happy and comfortable in the mind, when the belly feel that way.
Wake up four hours too early for a weight in.

Srossca Woke up right after midnight, had coffee and water. Just have to ignore the scales on mornings like that. Have become more aware of how food affects my brain lately, and certainly suspect recent changes in foods to trigger overthinking. I was overthinking a minor thing here locally, and do look back on what I ate that day. Testing where my limits are in regards to maintaining weight and keeping the belly and mind happy.
