I decided to weigh in only once a week, I could not take the up and down of the scale weighing in everyday. I feel I am more focused on my meals not knowing what a slip up cause. I've been setting small daily goals for myself. I have 12 lbs. left to reach my goal weight. I'm hoping to lose those pounds this month so that I can start my maintenance meal plan before my vacation in mid Aug. I've been celebrating my size 6 pants size, not believing how lean I am.
