Went to a new massage therapist today. She said my upper back is very hard.
"I do not fear pain" I said, and regret saying that when she started. She did not save her enormous power. My breathing stopped several times in pain.
But boy, I feel like a new person after. Can now turn and twist the body with ease. Going back there on Friday. The guy I went to before was too gentle.
