I would probably log it as two eggs? Tons of nutrients in those yolks.

Sohangry, double calories? 😳. It was a 70 calories egg, but it had 2 yolks, and less egg white I guess. 🤔

I think the yolk is like 80 percent of the calorie content of a whole egg. You could log it as 1.8 eggs. 😁

I have been eating more eggs like this and only logging one egg, no wonder why I gained weight on the 24ht of August of 2006.🤔
