This is my first day of fat secret. What I hope to accomplish by this is becoming accountable for my actions and what I put into my body. Currently I am in a 90 Challenge with a group of friends and I am in the top 5, however, I am either 4 or 5 and I want to be #1. I am starting insanity and I currently zumba. I plan on taking Skinny Fiber when I get my tax refund. I need to eat more responsibly and write down my calorie consumption and my exercises.
