Okay, 3 days into the fat fast. Actually 2 because I'm planning on sticking this out for another day at 1000 calories to make up for yesterday's slip. Here's what I've realized, I didn't take in enough fat that first or second day. Today, I got closer, not quite where I needed to be but much, much closer and today went pretty well. I've been slammed busy with work which has really helped too. I haven't really had the time to even think about food and even now at 9:00, I'm still going. So, I've got a better handle on it today. I think tomorrow will go even better. And no one has died yet.
**********EDIT************* I got it pretty dead on,actually. Out of 968 calories, 890 of them came from fat. That means that I only had 78 non-fat calories in there.
