Starting over... again....
Was on pretty strict Keto for 6 months and lost 20 pounds...then I went back to “normal eating “ and put it all back on.
It’s s hard diet , ahem lifestyle, to maintain bc it’s so restrictive. There are substitutes but it’s time consuming to make Keto bread out of mozzarella and cream cheese
But I’ve read about carb cycling that is supposed to be effective for my body type-so maybe I’ll try that
I’ve gotta do Something!
