OMG I bought some of these today forgetting I don't like them. I don't know what possesses me to keep buying them. I take one bite and give them away.

Freshness matters too. I like the super airy kind fresh from Mexican markets “chicharrones”, I also buy them plain sprinkle popcorn seasoning or eat sour cream dips in. Some of my members use it as coating to make fried chicken too.

I dip them into straight sour cream and sometimes mix in Sriracha.
