Bed of arugula, goat cheese, chicken drummy, olives, & red onion. This is day 6 of a fine-tuned keto diet where I’m paying close attention, and my efforts are definitely paying off! Best advice I’ve been given—electrolytes!!! (Robb Wolf—Keto Masterclass).
