Wonder... you have probably done this sort of stuff for awhile. When did this tightly integrated part of life start for you?

About 3 years ago, my wife signed us up for a Transformation class. We both lost about 15% of total weight. The trainer motivated us to return to the General Class & now it is part of our Lifestyle.

Big upgrade. You'd make most teens seem out of shape pretty quick. Life is pretty much what you make it, and it's fun to be inspired to get up a notch more.
