Today is April 27th,

I am still here! I have been treading water and actually if I am being honest with myself, I am slowly drowning.
Yet, the last few months have gotten so bad physically for me that out of necessity( excruciating pain in my lower back and knees) I have found some motivation to rise up again and meet that challenge!
At 56 years old...and an athlete and gym rat all my life, being a fat...no, I'm obese, unmotivated cripple isn't what my family needs and I must demand more from myself! I am far too young to wait here to die, and even though I have set myself up through years of physical abuse...heavy steroids, excessive eating to push those gains, then just overeating because it was who I was, I now have a bad heart condition to accompany my arthritis in many of my major joints.

Do I seem harsh here? Sure, but I caused this. No one else is to blame. I OWN THIS!

So...for the umpteenth time, I will stand up, look myself in the mirror and demand a dedicated response. Trust me, I have plenty to live for and nothing to give up for!
