I always fall back on this question: measurements? Or isn't there now some fancy electronic thing that measures all of that?

Fullabella, the scales and handheld devices that use resistance aren’t accurate. The best would be to measure with a dunk tank or a dexascanner. Both cost too much for me.

Sorry Bella, when I read your response my mind when to the fat percentage measurements that the tools spit out versus tape measurements.

No worries. I always think tape first. I don't have those science toys. Even my scale is still analog.
