Feel so stupid. I have not really had much sugar in the past 2 months~with the exception of last night. I had an ice cream cone. Yes it may have been after 9:30 maybe 10, but I have been feeling so great lately I honestly did not think anything about it. Well apparently my body went on strike in the middle of the night. Woke up this morning and felt like I had a hangover. I had to force myself to get up and go to the gym and my brain was not working right. Just now starting to feel better. (3 hours later) Won’t be doing that again anytime soon and if I do, it will not be as late.
