I’m ok if I happy if I don’t lose another lb, just don’t want to gain anymore. People always underestimate my weight because muscles are denser. I saw my old trainer today and she said I look great in person and in pictures!!!! New goal do one pull-up, not chin up.

Just in case you haven't tried them, IMO those thick rubber pull-up assist bands are really good for bridging the gap. (I bought a set from Iron Woody years ago, but nowadays I see they have similar ones on Amazon for half the price.)

I did my one pull-up yesterday. Maybe next goal is to get under 130 and stay there.
