Fasting a.m. blood sugar = 138; weight = 178. Will try today to do liquids until we eat out with son for supper. Am going in the right direction, down instead of up, so hope to keep that trend through the week end.
So far, so good: 2 Keto coffee today and small snack of pork rinds when I got off work at 2:30. Bar-B-Que planned for supper. Update: Delicious pulled pork, green beans,cucumber salad. No bread, no dessert! Hooray for me! Cheats today: peanuts and Asian trail mix in moderate amounts.
Macros today: 21% carbs, 64% fats, protein 15% Net carbs 42.36, calories 979
