I walked 2.1 miles fast last night at our local Rec-Plex. I did 37 laps, and 17 laps equals 1 mile! It took me 47 minutes, but this is by far the best/most I’ve done since getting a new hip the end of last May, and then breaking my foot the end of October! Today I tried on shirts I’d bought in November of 2017. They still had the price tags on them and had ended up being too small for me. But now they fit! Two of them are Spring/Summer shirts,too, so I’m so happy I have “new” clothes. This is so cool! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
