Lol, how true 

Probably not the best place for politics. Personally while he hasn’t always made decisions I think are ideal, I like him a lot better than the alternatives and his ‘screw ups’ are a lot better than I’ve seen other political leaders make.

Anyone is better than Stephen Harper. Jerk sold the rights to our lakes to China 🤢 

Politics...really...ugh 

I heartily agree with jenk256 - this is a forum where the members support each other in the pursuit of losing weight, not a political forum. As an educator, I don’t understand why my profession is so denigrated. As a populace, we generally possess multiple degrees and pursue professional development opportunities many times a year. We possess a skill set that lends itself well to many occupations, and we often go on to other occupations after retirement, including politics. It is extremely disheartening to see posts of this nature. If you disagree with decisions our PM makes, attack those decisions rather than attacking educators in general. 

That's a really good point Siansarii. I hadn't looked at it from that perspective before. But when you insult someone by making a comparison, you're usually insulting both the person and what you're comparing them too. And teachers are so very important to our entire society. I wouldn't be where I am today without the teachers that got me there.  

Well I’m terribly sorry if I offended anyone, wasn’t my intentions what so ever! I’m stopping any pic post as some people are too sensitive and I really don’t want to hurt anyone because that’s not me! Sorry again and YES teachers are very important in this world, I totally agree! Hope you all have a fantastic day!  

Being too sensitive implies an overly emotional reaction. These reactions have seemed quite reasonable to me. No one had criticized your other posts. Dont even get me started on the education system, lol, that's a whole other ball game...we dont want to have that conversation 😏 (but for the record, i switched to home schooling my kid, lol) 😝
