Spaghetti squash bake

The spaghetti squash seems a little too watery for my liking, other than that it was good. Spaghetti squash bake: 1 spaghetti squash 3 tbs cream cheese 2 eggs 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 pepper (diced) 2 tbs onion (diced) 3 cloves garlic (minced) 2 pork sausages 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce 1 tbs dried basil or 1/4 cup fresh 1 tsp dried oregano Salt (to taste) 2 cup broccoli (cooked) 2 cup shredded mozzarella (top) Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds. Bake 375, cut side down for 40 min (until squash can scoop out). Sauté onion and pepper, add garlic and sausage. Cook through, add spaghetti sauce and herbs. In a separate bowl microwave cream cheese to soften, mix eggs and mozzarella. Scoop out the squash with a fork, mix with egg mixture. Top with broccoli and sauce mixture. Layer with cheese, bake 375 for 30 min or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Wait a little until the cheese sets then serve.

I don’t really cook from recipes, I know what i put in while cooking it these are estimates. I would taste and adjust sauce before assembling and season the spaghetti squash with salt after taking it out of the oven. I like how much veggies i packed in here. Hope you like it!

Mmmmmm! I don’t use recipes either. I totally get what you mean. Adventurous chefs wing it and edit it next time right?! Ha Ha
