Too much Protein (& Calories) yesterday & added a few ounces. What can I say, it’s hard giving up on my PB, Peanut Butter & Protein Bars!!!


Time to find another PB!!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If I was to guess, I would say he ate to much protein🤣.

180g, usually 140g of protein + 2700 Cals +300 for maintenance. To consume this much, I usually have to burn at least 1000 kcals & only hit 700.

I would blame the calories! Probably it is just water retention, I don't know what is going on with you people, carbs are bad, now proteins are bad. 🙄🤦‍♀️

well, if you eat too many calories just because it's from fat,you will also get fat. (excess of calories make you fat)

Terrapin, the surgery (ankle fusion) was late August. I am at 90%, although the angle of the ankle is at about 70% & most likely to stay at that level. It still slows down the run.

K, try high intensive training without Carbs & you will make about two (2) sets, when we usually have 5. And the exercises are usually 2 different or 10 total.
