Would like to add (Bianca) that I eat low carb soups, high fibre bread, almond nut crackers....brought my Toaster oven (thank god) and still make coconut flour muffins etc. For junk I had Doritos, buttered popcorn and baked sea salt and cider vinegar chip's (22 net carbs for 20 chips) I don't pig out but I do eat them.
