For some reason I’ve always been embarrassed for people to know that I’m trying to lose weight. Maybe it’s the fear of failure; I don’t know. Or maybe it’s because I’m “admitting” that I’m a GLUTTON and now I have to do work to take care of the problem I’ve created – all the excess weight!
I do know that I feel comfortable using this app and posting my weight and all. Even my husband of 32 years (whom I love immensely) doesn’t know what I weigh—and you all do. I really appreciate the trust and support I’m seeing between all the members. Thank you for being there. 😊🎈
