getting serious now LOL. Just made myself a double batch of Sunny Boy hot cereal. (Red River cereal now) if that doesn't get things going, nothing will 😉

There’s a breakfast cereal out there called Holy Crap :) They were on the Dragon’s Den at one point and here you can get it at London Drugs. Lots of chia, hemp hearts, things like that. Just in case ;)
