1. Things I'm grateful for today:
My daughter having a couple days out of school and spending the day with me today. I made low carb sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast for us and we just enjoyed the chilly morning with coffee. She's 15 so I'm super happy for any and all good moments with her.

2. Teavana Citrus Lavender Sage tea
I love Autumn and mostly because I love tea. A sweet friend sent me some of this tea and it is absolutely heavenly.

3. Autumn
Cooler weather and my favorite sweaters. Plus, I get to experiment with some of my favorite cooler weather comfort foods and getting them to lower carb counts.

4. Weight loss
While I was sick through August, I completely fell of my eating plan and promptly gained back almost everything. It's starting to come off now. I also feel funny for saying this but I kind of missed being on the diet and I have a profound sense of relief being back on it.
