I went back to my recreation complex and was able to walk a mile in 19 minutes! This is the most/fastest that I’ve been able to do in a year because of my hip going bad and then needing to be replaced! I’m proud that I’m making decisions for the better instead of just playing Trivia Crack all day LOL!
I keep reading entries about keto. I need to do some research because my knowledge is limited. I am taking the advice of a couple of people who wrote in their entries about fasting for 41 hours and then eating in order to reset your metabolic weight. I haven’t lost any weight these last couple of days, but I haven’t gained any either which is good. And I have to keep in mind that I can wear my jeans now!
