More than just dieting, feeling happy is great! I went for a 10.5 mile walk yesterday and came across this gorgeous view. Tomorrow I should be down at least 1 lb.

walking / hiking hands down beats any gym hahaha. I know I've spent my fair share of time in gyms.
being outdoors is great, find a hill. load up your bag with 12kg of gear and get to the top. the views are the reward
