My H.S. friend (Graduated in 1980) runs a Basic Training Boot Camp Fitness Program in which was too far away for me to attend. Lucky for me he has a D.V.D. that I just received in the mail called "BACK TO THE BASICS FITNESS PROGRAM" in which I am very anxious to try. I am sure it will challenge the Energy Addict in me!
